An established waterproofing and repainting contractor requires a Project Co-ordinator with following job description and requirements:

• Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the projects
• Attend site meetings
• Liaise with clients, foremen and sub-contractors
• Project planning, eg: project schedule, risk managment and etc
• Handling progressive reports and claims
• Certificate or diploma in Building relevant field preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Class 3 driver's license or motorcycle license preferred
