Location: Walking distance from Macpherson / Ubi MRT
Rate: $11 per hour
Working Days: Mon to Fri (9am - 5:30pm)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Data Administrator to assist with data entry, record management, and reporting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with spreadsheets, and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
Input, update, and verify data in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
Maintain accurate and organized records
Assist in preparing simple data reports and summaries
Support administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and time management skills
Able to commit at least 3 months
