职位描述

岗位职责

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and schedule prompt servicing.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property meets local building laws, fire regulations, and occupational safety codes.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for resident or commercial tenant requests and complaints.
  • Vendor & Staff Oversight: Supervise on-site janitorial or maintenance workers and coordinate outside contractors.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in facilities management, building maintenance, or general construction.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus blueprint reading.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and clear communication abilities.

    • Education: High school diploma; technical certifications or a facility management diploma are a plus.
