Our client, a globally recognised financial services organisation, is seeking a Network Infrastructure Lead to join their APAC technology team based in Singapore on an initial 6-7m+ contract. This is an exceptional opportunity, to work as an Onsite Consultant with a global financial services firm in their Singapore office, primarily In-Office as required for a Systems/Network Engineer position.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a complex enterprise environment supporting critical network infrastructure and regional technology operations across Asia-Pacific. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimising network services while contributing to broader infrastructure initiatives across the region.

Ideal profile will have 3-7+ years technical experience in including LAN/WAN, Wireless network management, multi-data centres networking, firewall, IPS, VPN, VOIP, video and voice technologies operating systems, VM, database systems, storage systems, personal computer and data security technology.

Good experience in Infrastructure services management, preferably within mission critical environments

Experience with private and public cloud, outsourcing experience, data centres, servers, end-user computing technologies, administration and operations would be an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and preferably with MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certifications, would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN network environments across multiple APAC locations.

• Manage and troubleshoot network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and related infrastructure.

• Provide technical expertise across voice, video, and unified communications platforms.

• Support the delivery of network-related infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.

• Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and resilience across mission-critical environments.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to ensure stable and secure service delivery.

• Assist with business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.

• Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve incidents and deliver technology improvements.

• Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure engineering, or technology operations.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting:

• LAN/WAN networking
• Network security technologies (Firewall, IPS, VPN)
• Voice and video infrastructure
• Data centre environments
• Virtualisation platforms
• Storage and database technologies
• Cloud infrastructure (private and public cloud)
• Information security technologies
• • Experience working within large-scale, highly available enterprise environments.
• • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex network and infrastructure environments.
• • Experience supporting infrastructure projects and technology transformation initiatives.
• • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• • Understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent would be highly regarded.
