岗位职责

Technical Drawing Excellence: Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and comprehensive design documentation to support the planning and construction of new buildings and renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Project Coordination Leadership: Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain timely progression of work across all project phases and stakeholders.
Review & Approval Management: Assist in the thorough review and approval process of shop drawings, material samples, and vendor submittals from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation related to all design and construction activities, supporting project tracking, compliance requirements, and quality assurance processes.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the design team to identify and resolve complex design issues while incorporating client feedback effectively, ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations and technical requirements.
Process Improvement Initiatives: Support continuous improvement of drafting standards, processes, and tools within the organization, contributing to enhanced efficiency, quality, and consistency across all projects and deliverables.
