Job Title: ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER （SGD3.5k monthly basic pay plus Commission of up-to SGD 5K to 6K）

Role Description: The Assistant Retail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. In this position, the Assistant Retail Manager will:


Assist the Head of Retail Operation to Oversee and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the outlets.
Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Lead, motivate, and develop a multicultural team through effective coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Drive sales growth through strategic planning, analysing sales data, and implementing promotional activities to meet revenue targets
Maintain exceptional customer service standards by resolving customer concerns promptly and building long-term customer relationships


Qualifications:


Minimum Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field with at least 3 years of retail management experience



Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively



Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous



Proficient in retail management/POS systems and MS Office applications
