Join a dynamic team supporting cross-agency operations and play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly.

Contract Period: 6 months
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Central region

️What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate and manage data flow across multiple divisions and external stakeholders
Track, organise, and consolidate information to support reporting and decision-making
Handle administrative and payment-related queries with internal and external parties
Support operational processes such as logistics stock-taking, e-filing, and procurement
Prepare approval write-ups and documentation for internal submissions
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma and above with strong written and spoken English
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (data handling required)
Experience in data analysis or automation tools will be an added advantage
