We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing compelling multimedia content across our digital and social channels to build brand awareness, grow our online audience, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production & Asset Creation:

  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu) and high-quality photography.

  • Design visual graphics, digital banners, story templates, and promotional promotional assets adhering to brand guidelines.

• Social Media Management & Publishing:

  • Plan, maintain, and execute monthly content calendars across key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).

  • Write clear, engaging captions and promotional copy tailored to specific target audiences.

  • Schedule, publish, and track posts across all channels.

• Community Engagement & Trend Monitoring:

  • Monitor social accounts, reply to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, viral audio, and content best practices.

• Campaign & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and company events.

  • Assist in coordinating with external creators, influencers, or media vendors when needed.

  • Analyze basic social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, follower growth) to refine content performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative design software is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing.
