Job Summary

You will provide technical support and sales solutions to clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate across departments to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the semicon industry

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients to promptly meet their needs and resolve issues effectively
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions that address their challenges
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales revenue
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring high client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and enhance overall business performance
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to inform sales approaches and client recommendations
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management for strategic planning
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Travel overseas as required to support business development and client engagement efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Open to fresh graduates from any diploma background
