Job Summary

Guide institutional and high-net-worth clients through onboarding, demonstrate trading platforms, coordinate integration projects, and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth and client success.

Responsibilities

• Guide institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals through the client application process, acting as the central point of contact to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Explain Interactive Brokers’ products and services clearly to prospective and existing clients to enable informed decision-making
• Conduct virtual and in-person demonstrations of the trading platform to showcase features and usability
• Coordinate integration projects and product optimization for B2B clients by collaborating with legal, operations, technology, and client services teams to deliver seamless solutions
• Manage relationships with high-growth strategic partners and lead solution implementations that expand partnership value and drive business growth
• Participate actively in client meetings and presentations to support relationship building and business development
• Attend industry events to represent the company and stay informed on market trends
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team and business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is a plus
• General market knowledge in futures, options, and equities markets
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally to deliver business results
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver impactful outcomes
