Responsibilities:

• Respond to support requests
• Provide technical support remotely or on-site
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues until closure
• Conduct testing technical environment
• Perform scheduled 24/7 standby TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) duty
• Maintain good client relations
• Tracking and managing work records
• Generating and compile job reports
• Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

• Polytechnic diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Preferably with some years of work experience in telecommunications, or data networking support or BSS/OCS background or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Linux Operating Systems, telecommunications, IP telephony, AWS/Azure cloud, database management, data networking, and cybersecurity
• Professional certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, MySQL) are advantageous

• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolving technical issues independently
• Motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated individual capable of initiating appropriate actions and strategies
• Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
• Keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies
• Capable of following instructions and devising problem-solving strategies
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
