Your Role

• Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software.
• Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs.
• To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health.
• To comply with the company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation.

Your Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Building Management or Construction Management with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design firms
• Proficient in BIM, Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Naviswork
• Experienced in production of shop drawings
• Be able to work in team and Independent with minimum guid, well organised, meticulous and with good communication skills
