Admin & Recruiter Executive
Location: Queenstown, Singapore
Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,200/month (based on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Administrative & Recruitment Executive to support our recruitment and business operations. This role combines talent acquisition with administrative coordination, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing processes, and contributing to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Support
• Manage recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Update and maintain databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings.
