Inventory cum Store Assistant

Job Description

• Experience in Order Management and Inventory Control

• Assist the supervisor in day-to-day tasks

• Day to day visual inspection on incoming / outgoing machines and materials

• To coordinate with Requesters and order confirmation / schedule / record maintaining

• Operate forklift for organizing and storage of inventory

• Perform Monthly stock take accurately and timely

• Perform receiving, checking, counting and storing of goods in assigned location

• Assist in stock take and cycle count / Annual stock take

• Perform sales of spare parts to customers

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Store / Workshop

• Need to perform data entry for stocks movements

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Possess initiative and be results-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure

• Self-motivated, independent and a fast learner

• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned
