Kitchen Helper & Cook (Central Kitchen – Bukit Batok)

Location: Bukit Batok Central Kitchen
Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Between 9am – 7pm)
Salary:

• Kitchen Helper: $10 – $12 per hour
• Cook / Production Cook: $13 – $16 per hour

Work Environment

• Non-air-conditioned central kitchen
• Warm working environment with commercial cooking equipment
• Suitable for candidates comfortable working in a food production setting

Kitchen Helper

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and production
• Wash, cut and prepare ingredients according to instructions
• Portion and pack food products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Assist with stock arrangement and receiving of goods
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Cook / Production Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain production standards
• Measure ingredients and prepare food according to production schedules
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Minimise food wastage and ensure quality control

Requirements

• Prior F&B / kitchen experience is an advantage
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned kitchen environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Responsible, hardworking and a team player
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
