Job Summary

A proactive, hands-on Human Resources Manager who combines empathy with sound judgement, structure with creativity, and strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. You will champion colleague well-being, strengthen our culture, and confidently turn ideas into practical, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hotel leadership and department heads to develop and implement people strategies and workforce plans aligned with business priorities
• Lead the entire colleague lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, associate relations, performance management, development, engagement, and offboarding
• Provide balanced, timely, and compliant advice on associate matters in accordance with Singapore employment laws, internal policies, and Hyatt standards
• Design and execute colleague engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace
• Assist to oversee HR operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure precise reporting
• Manage work pass and visa applications efficiently, ensuring full documentation and regulatory compliance
• Analyze HR data, trends, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and measure the impact of people initiatives
• Support organizational change management, manpower planning, succession planning, and development of emerging talent
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and colleague experiences through technology adoption, simplification, and innovative ideas
• Maintain visibility and approachability by taking ownership, removing obstacles, and ensuring follow-through to completion
