Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are accurately tracked in the CRM system.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases to support sales activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role.

• Proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence; own vehicle is preferred.
