Customer Service Executive (Operations Support)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Potong Pasir (Walking distance from MRT)

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Operations Support) to provide administrative and customer support across multiple business services. This role focuses on handling customer enquiries, coordinating operational activities, supporting lead management, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, hotline, and online communication channels.
• Deliver professional customer support and ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
• Generate, track, and follow up on customer leads, coordinating closely with the Business Development team.
• Assist in preparing proposals and scheduling appointments or site visits.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support operational administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
