Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Industry
Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday to Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM) & Alternate Saturday (8.30 AM – 12.30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and support operational targets
Lead improvement projects to improve warehouse efficiency
Coordinate with customers to resolve operational issues
Guide and train warehouse staff on daily operations
Monitor warehouse activities and ensure service standards are met
Plan manpower allocation and daily work schedules
Support workplace safety practices and operational procedures
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when required
Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Prepare operational updates and support process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned

At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
Able to coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with inventory handling and warehouse procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiar with workplace safety procedures
