Job Summary

Lead and modernize the people function by enhancing HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Partner with management to build a scalable HR strategy supporting business growth and culture in a growing SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and align with organizational goals
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent for a growing SME
• Manage performance appraisal processes to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
• Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth
• Collaborate with management to build a scalable people strategy aligned with company expansion plans
• Recommend and develop the future HR team structure to support organizational growth and evolving needs
• Lead hands-on HR operations to establish a strong foundation for the company’s people function
