Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
- Diagnose faults, respond to emergency calls, and carry out equipment startup/shutdown.
- Provide technical support, client training, and maintain service documentation.
- Coordinate site activities, contractors, and daily work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with data centre safety and quality standards.
- ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably with ACMV/DX, CRAC, or critical cooling systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to perform standby duties and work in data centre environments.
