We are looking for a highly proactive Client Onboarding Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the client onboarding team, managing the technical integration between client ERP systems and the bank’s delivery platform using API services.

• Manage technical integration between client ERP and the bank’s platform in areas such as cash and trade.

• Facilitate client requirement gathering sessions to understand technical requirements for successful integration.

• Analyze client requirements for data mapping and file translation, creating effective functional specification documentation for development.

• Prepare requirements and customer journey illustrations for client solutions using the bank’s API and H2H products; collaborate with product managers and technology teams to address product gaps.

• Work closely with implementation managers on project management, delivery channel setup, connectivity, security, and file testing, including verification of client data and bank payment and trade processing.

• Manage activities such as change scheduling, validation of client test cases, and analysis of test results with client project teams during UAT and production setup.

• Support bug fixes during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) stages.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in software support involving AS400, API, Unix scripting, and database knowledge.

• Strong experience troubleshooting networking and API-related issues reported by customers.

• Familiarity with API protocols (e.g., Axway), data mapping tools (e.g., Informatica), virtual accounts, local payments (regional), and TT remittances.

• Experience with tools such as Postman, GPG, JMeter, and Excel Pivot tables.
