岗位职责

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a business analyst in digital or technology projects.
  • Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments and across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering government or public sector digital products.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation,business process analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
