What You Will Be Working On
- Assist MDDI, STB, and related agencies in crafting the plan and approach for a quantum event in Singapore.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including partners, invitees, and companies.
- Support the curation of event programming, speakers, and logistics.
- Develop budgets, communications materials, invitations, and concept notes in relation to the event.
- Apart from the primary project, support MDDI to undertake ad hoc open-source research related to quantum technologies.
What We Are Looking For

- Student with experience in convening / organising large-scale events preferred.
- Has great attention to details and can multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably able to commit on a part-time basis (2 days per week) from August 2026 to April 2027 for this internship, but a shorter duration can be discussed.
- A background in quantum technology, events management, mass communications, business, or marketing is a plus but not a requirement. No particular academic background required.
