About the Role:

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social. You'll be the face and voice behind our brands' short-form content — TikTok especially will be your playground — creating content that's engaging, on-trend, and unmistakably ours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate, film, and edit content for our social media channels, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Spot and apply emerging trends in a way that fits naturally with each brand's image

• Drive creative direction and content planning for social, from concept through to publishing

• Explore livestreaming as a content and sales channel, hosting sessions and engaging audiences in real time

• Collaborate with the Brand and Sales teams to support campaigns and product launches

• Have an eye for design and graphics 

Requirements:

• Confident and natural on camera, with an outgoing, engaging personality

• Hands-on experience creating short-form video content, ideally for a brand or business account

• Strong grasp of current social media trends, formats, and platform best practices

• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar

Nice to have:

• Basic photography or graphic design skills

• Interest in or experience with pet products

• Experience with livestream selling or affiliate/live commerce platforms
