Daily Task:

• Piping Schematic Drawings
• Piping arrangement plans.
• Site tracking of piping systems and preparation of as built drawings.
• Site Piping & Electrical knowledge.
• Avoid any clashes during site coordination drawing.
• Prepare 2D & 3D drawing for site use.

Other Duties:

• To produce Engineering drawing.
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout
• the p the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models (generate REVIT families base on catalogue)
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation, and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.
• To design and prepare CAD data, all related engineering drawings to meet corporate and customer's requirements.
• Reviewing project specifications and other data to develop related drawings.
• To design and prepare piping drawing including support.
• Maintain quality standards and accurate drawings for fabrication and erection.
• Liaise with project team members, project engineers and client for designing relatede n engineering drawing.
• Support Planning & Design Section documentation work including drafting work requested by incumbent superior or Section Head.

Qualification:

• Candidate must have at least Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Drafting & Design.
• Experience with BIM MEP design is encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Piping.
• At least 1 Year of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects.
• Well versed in Revit.
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.
• Be honest and trustworthy.
• Demonstrate sound work ethics.
• Able to multitask.

Technical Skills:

• Computer application competency REVIT MEP, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling tools such as Navisworks & ACC is an added advantage.
• Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia communication and writing skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision through the process.
• Understanding of Engineering, Drawings and Project site environments.
