Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Operations & Analytics Manager to optimise business operations, drive process improvements, and leverage data insights to enhance organisational performance and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to maintain efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable informed management decisions.
• Review and streamline workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance and recommend strategic enhancements.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses regularly.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage operational projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet business goals.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support digital transformation by evaluating and implementing technology solutions to improve operations.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, business analytics, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence or data visualisation tools.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
