Focus on the Preparation of Exams, and will fully help the students developing their study skills, motivating their potential and maintaining a good learning habit.

Job Description:

• Assist in course scheduling and class arrangement

• Ensure timely & accurate updates to the academic and management team whenever necessary

• Assist in basic admin duties whenever necessary

• Maintaining Centre’s environment to be clean and tidy

• Internal and external communication on (message platforms, emails, and calls etc.)

• Assisting in student stay-back sessions

• Supporting the teaching team in materials preparation on whenever necessary

Job Requirements:

• Weekend work is required

• Minimum O/A level, Poly diploma or equivalent

• Communication on outside working hours is required

• Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

• Highly responsible and highly responsive, with a Can-Do attitude

• Good communication on and interpersonal skills

• Great team player, and also able to work independently

• Meticulous candidate with administration on experience will be preferred

Compensation:

• Working location: Bugis

• Weekly working hours: 44 hours

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM (including lunch and dinner time)

• Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (including lunch time)

• Weekly rest days: 1.5 days (for face-to-face communication)

• Public holidays: Rest day

• Year-end bonus (based on performance)
