Role: Email Security and Endpoint Solutions

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Kuala Lumpur and Penang

Positions: 1

Responsibilities

- Govern and manage on-prem and cloud-based Email Security and Endpoint solutions.

- Manage product configuration, enhance security controls, and lead service improvement programs.

- Collaborate with service leads, business, infrastructure and security teams.

- Implement IT security requirements efficiently.

- Handle priority incidents and escalations.

- Work on product and capability roadmaps.

- Contribute to risk, audit, and governance activities.

- Maintain security documentation and operational manuals.

- Reporting and log correlation using PowerPoint, Excel, and SIEM solutions.

Competencies

- Minimum 7+ years in Information Security.

- Hands-on with Proofpoint, Microsoft MDO, Microsoft MDE, Intune, ePO or similar.

- Knowledge of Exchange, Microsoft 365, hybrid email architecture.

- Understanding of Anti-spam, DMARC, SPF, sandboxing, URL filtering, email encryption, DLP.

- Strong information security fundamentals (CIA, access control, risk, auditing).

- Ability to automate routine tasks.

- Familiar with Change, Incident and Problem Management.

- Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).

- Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH) are an advantage.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
