The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the outlet to ensure sales targets, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and company standards are consistently achieved. The role also leads the store team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or store management experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
