The Client Relations Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive client experience. This role involves regular communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and handle daily inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions or support.
• Respond to client requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
