• Welcome and assist walk-in customers to provide product information and recommendations.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent before- and after-sales service.
• Process sales orders, and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the showroom.
• Monitor showroom inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Replenish showroom stock from HQ and coordinate stock transfers when required.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control to ensure stock accuracy.
• Support daily showroom operations and administrative tasks.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Qualification :

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if required), with off days scheduled accordingly.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to achieving sales targets.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
