Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,500 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and post-surgical conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on treatment using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
• Manage patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports injury, geriatric, and post-operative conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists or therapy assistants when required.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and ethical practice.
• Contribute to service development and participate in community health or marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (private clinic experience is an advantage).
• Registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) (preferred).
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation (Stroke), musculoskeletal, and post-operative rehabilitation is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong patient care values.
