Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software build, test, integration, and deployment activities.
• Automate software delivery workflows, including build generation, testing, code quality checks, and release processes.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to improve productivity, software quality, and development efficiency.
• Support continuous integration, automated testing, code review, and software validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize build environments, deployment pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in software development using C++ (preferred), C, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CloudBees, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Gerrit, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git.
• Experience working in Linux development environments.
• Understanding of software testing, automation, and software quality processes.
• Experience in build engineering, release management, DevOps, software validation, or test automation is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) is a plus.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
