We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-minded project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead client meetings in English, accurately capture key discussions, prepare concise meeting minutes, and drive timely follow-up on action items.

• Listen and summarize project information clearly, ensuring effective with clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate projects from design through construction, handover, and project close-out.

• Monitor project programmes, identify potential risks early, recommend mitigation measures, and proactively resolve project issues.

• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely communication.

• Prepare project reports, schedules, and project documentation, maintaining accurate records and clear project visibility.

• Take ownership of project actions, track progress, follow up on commitments, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

• Strong listening, note-taking, and summarization skills.

• Critical thinker with proactive problem-solving and risk awareness.

• Strong sense of ownership with good follow-through.

• Organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Independent, proactive, and a good team player.

• Experience in project management, interior design, or related disciplines is an advantage but not essential.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
