Responsible for creating and maintaining Internal Bonding Diagrams (IBD) for Leadframe and Substrate packages to support manufacturing operations. The role ensures all bonding diagrams comply with customer specifications, internal standards, and engineering requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and system updates.

• Generate Internal Bonding Diagrams (IBD) for Leadframe and Substrate packages to support assembly production.
• Interpret customer bonding diagrams and package specifications to create accurate internal bonding drawings.
• Verify that Internal Bonding Diagrams are fully aligned with customer requirements and engineering standards.
• Review BAS forms submitted by requestors to ensure the information is accurate and consistent with the approved Internal Bonding Diagram.
• Update and maintain engineering data and documentation in the PDD system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Ensure engineering drawings and documentation are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and documentation quality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
  

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in engineering design, drafting, or technical documentation. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software is an added advantage.
• Experience in technical drawing, package design, or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to support communication with customers and counterparts.
