We are looking for a Creative / Ad Designer who can be based remotely.

Your 'day-to-day'

1.Creative and ad-design work is focused on making mobile game ad creative that converts - statics and playable concepts - at the intersection of game art and performance. The role owns the creative output that feeds numu's campaigns, including:

• Designing ad creative for mobile games - statics and playable concepts
• Iterating quickly on hooks, variants, and end cards based on performance data
• Keeping creative on-brand and grounded in each game's real art and characters
• Partnering with growth and data to turn what's converting into the next batch
• Helping define the quality bar that numu's AI critic layer enforces
• Producing size and format variants (vertical, square, horizontal) across placements

2.Responsible for the creative quality that drives install performance.

What We're Looking For

1.Require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio

2.Minimum 2 years of experience designing ad or marketing creative (games or performance marketing a strong plus)

3.Strong visual craft 

4.Comfortable working fast and iterating from data

5.Fluent in English, both verbal and written 

6.Good communication skills and a strong collaborative attitude

7.Bonus: playable / HTML5 experience, motion design, or hands-on UA knowledge
