Job Summary

Gain hands-on experience in AI, automation, and digital innovation by working with U Mobile's IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO). You'll explore leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Codex to develop automation solutions, improve project delivery, and contribute to real business initiatives while building valuable industry skills.

• AI, Automation, and Reporting
• Analyse and evaluate AI capabilities to identify opportunities for improving portfolio insights, reporting, and automation processes.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and coverage of existing portfolio management frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools and capabilities to produce regular self-service dashboard reports for IT portfolio stakeholders, providing clear visibility of delivery performance.
• Assist with data collection, cleansing, and organization to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
• Work with IT systems and databases to extract relevant data for analysis, reporting, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Help streamline data management processes to improve data accessibility, usability, and reporting readiness.
• Develop practical workplace experience and strengthen core professional skills, including problem solving, communication, project management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.
  
  

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Passionate about AI, Generative AI (GenAI), automation, and emerging technologies with a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of software development, system integration, and software testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiar with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Bash).
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, R, or other programming languages.
• Exposure to SQL databases or business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Interest in prompt engineering and AI-powered automation.
