• Define the long-term architectural strategy and technical blueprints for the enterprise CRM and data integration platforms.

• Govern integration standards and data workflows between core systems, ensuring seamless data flows across international business units.

• Establish robust data models, identity resolution frameworks, and system interaction patterns to maintain a unified customer data ecosystem.

• Oversee security, data governance, and cross-border compliance practices in collaboration with internal risk and technology teams.

• Lead platform enhancements and technical configurations using modern development methodologies and automated tools to ensure system scalability.
  

skills and experience required. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical leadership capabilities and a proven track record in enterprise systems architecture.

• Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise application architecture, integration design patterns, and large-scale software engineering.

• Proven expertise managing and configuring Tier-1 CRM systems and enterprise integration tools to deliver scalable business solutions.

• Deep knowledge of modern integration concepts including event-driven architecture, synchronous or asynchronous workflows, and API design.

• Strong proficiency in technical documentation, data modeling, data quality frameworks, and robust software development lifecycles.

• Experience leveraging advanced digital productivity and development utilities to evaluate code quality and accelerate design workflows.
