The Role
You'll be the go-to technical expert, guiding new product introductions from feasibility all the way through to full production. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end NPI programmes from initial concept through to production readiness
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers and the commercial team
- Assessing the viability of product package designs and manufacturing processes
- Conducting cost evaluations, refining BOMs, and identifying cost-down opportunities
We're seeking an engineer who brings both technical depth and strong stakeholder confidence. You'll need:
- A Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally in the semiconductor sector
- Proven hands-on NPI experience with power semiconductor products
- Strong English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior exposure to key players in the semiconductor supply chain is a bonus
