Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Development

• Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, pricing and product trends in different IBD regions.
• Plan and execute 12 food exhibitions in a year.
• To find new distributors/agents/buyers for Capsule coffee (black coffee consumers)
• To find new distributors/agents/buyers for Alicafe/Ah Huat/Frenche Roast in both instant powder premix and Ready to Drink can
• To understand the tax/food safety/ingredients laws of the importing country and work on the required product labelling for compliance.

2. Sales Strategy

• Identify and sell in to newly acquired international distributors
• Target to acquire 2 new international distributors from each exhibition
• New orders of 2x20ft containers for each new distributors in the first year

3. Cross Functional Support

• Support other IBD market

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients/customers
