Company Description Symphony Digest Sdn Bhd (“Symphony”) is a leading SIDC CPE and Protege training provider. We serve the public and private sectors covering financial institutions, GLCs, MNCs and SMEs.

Role Description The Learning and Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end training activities, including scheduling programs, liaising with trainers and participants, preparing training materials, and supporting the delivery of in-person and virtual sessions. The coordinator tracks attendance, maintains training records, manages learning management systems, and supports compliance with relevant accreditation requirements. The coordinator will also assist in managing e-learning content development with our joint venture partner. Day-to-day work includes communicating with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback, assisting in the design and improvement of training content, and supporting logistics such as venue arrangements and participant communication. The role contributes directly to enhancing learner experience and ensuring training programs run efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in coordinating training or learning programs, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common office software and basic familiarity with learning management systems or online training tools will be an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a learner-focused mindset.
