What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build and continuously refine machine learning models using a scientific and data‑driven approach across structured and unstructured data
• Partner closely with stakeholders, embracing collaboration as our way of working to identify and prioritise impactful use cases
• Translate complex data science outputs into clear, actionable insights across our O+O business model
• Monitor, evaluate and optimise AI solutions to ensure strong business value with a customer‑focused mindset
• Stay up to date with advancements in ML and GenAI, bringing innovative ideas into real-world applications

What You’ll Bring

• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical techniques, data manipulation, Python, SQL and ML libraries
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks or similar
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI capabilities
• Strong analytical mindset with a scientific and evidence‑based approach to problem solving
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly insights
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• A collaborative mindset, proactive in partnering across teams and stakeholders
• Curiosity and passion for innovation, with a strong drive to explore new technologies
