Daily Outlet Operations

• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness, product quality and service standards are maintained
• Monitor daily sales and operational performance
• Handle customer inquiries and service recovery professionally

Staff Management & Scheduling

• Prepare staff duty roster and manpower planning
• Supervise cafe crew performance and discipline
• Train staff on SOP, customer service and product knowledge
• Ensure staff attendance and operational readiness

Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver positive customer experience and service quality
• Drive combo sales, add-on sales and upselling opportunities
• Ensure product presentation and cafe environment are well maintained
• Support promotional and seasonal campaigns

Cost & Operational Control

• Monitor stock usage and reduce wastage
• Ensure proper inventory handling and stock replenishment
• Reduce operational inefficiencies and unnecessary costs
• Work closely with operations manager on outlet improvements

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily sales and outlet reports
• Report operational issues and improvement suggestions
• Coordinate with kitchen, production and management team

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in cafe, F&B or retail outlet operations
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Hands-on attitude and willing to work on floor operations
• Good discipline, responsibility and teamwork
• Able to work in fast-paced SME environment
• Experience in cafe or lifestyle concept is an advantage

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
