FQC Operator:

• Checks finished PCBAs before they are sent to customers. Inspects the product for any defects, follows work instructions and IPC standards, records inspection results, and separates defective products. Use inspection tools, follows ESD and safety rules, and to make sure only good-quality products are shipped to customers. Attention to detail and following quality procedures.

Debug Operator:

• Inspect, identify defects, troubleshoot problems, and carry out repair and rework on electronic assemblies following work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to inspect PCBAs, identify defects, and use basic inspection or repair tools.
• Able to follow work instructions, IPC standards, ESD, quality, and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail, willing to learn, and able to work shifts or overtime when required.
