Job Requirement :

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Supply Chain operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Days & Hours : Monday To Friday - 9:00 a.m to 6.00 p.m / Saturday (Alternate) - 9.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m

Job Description :

• Process supplier invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time.
• Match Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices (3-way matching).
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records and supplier statements.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment schedules and liaise with suppliers regarding payment matters.
• Monitor inventory purchases and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
• Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers on shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Maintain purchasing, shipment, and inventory records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AP, purchasing, and supply chain reports.
• Assist in import documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
