Location: Genting Permai & Shah Alam - Beacon M&E Engineering Services Sdn Bhd

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Assist in scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

2.Ensure the project's compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

3.Assist in preparing weekly summary reports on the progress of work and the team.

4.Report regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders.

5.Oversee and monitor the progress of building construction works in accordance with contracts and construction drawings.

6.Prepare progress claims and all supporting documents for the consultant and main contractor.

7.Oversee and coordinate high-rise project activities, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

8.Ensure that monthly claims are submitted on time.

9.Prepare quotations and invoices for other projects.

10.Ensure the collection of progress claims and resolve any discrepancies in amounts with the client.

11.Meet budget and project deadlines.

12.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

13.Assist in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

14.Ensure that each stage of the project happens on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

15.Liaise with authorities and consultants to obtain all relevant approvals for development projects.

16.Coordinate with consultants during the conceptual design, design development, and tender stages through to project completion.

17.Ensure project implementation and completion within the stipulated time, cost, and quality parameters.

18.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

19. Track project performance, specifically analysing the successful completion of both

short- and long-term goals.

20. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

21. Develop and submit method of Statements, catalogue, and sample board for approval.

22. Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) as required.

23. Attend and actively participate in site meetings.

24. Monitor and manage inventory purchases and material ordering by issuing the Material

requisition Form (MRF).

25. Prepare and compile the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual.

26. Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them

in the field.

27. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project

participants to provide assistance and technical support to reduce downtime and

improve quality.

28. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
