Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for patients with communication, speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' rehabilitation goals.
Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and home programmes.
Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare progress reports.
Participate in case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
Eligible for registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with rehabilitation or hospital experience will have an added advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
Passionate about patient-centred rehabilitation and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
