What you'll do

• Architect and ship the infrastructure behind Asymmetriq and future AI products
• Own the full stack — from deployment pipelines to LLM integrations
• Make technical decisions autonomously and defend them with results
• Work directly with Rémy — no layers, no committees

What we're looking for

• You've shipped real products, not just side projects
• You're genuinely obsessed with AI agents and what they unlock
• You work like Claude doesn't exist — you own the output, not the prompt
• Zero tolerance for slowness, excuses, or waiting to be told what to do
• Python, APIs, cloud infra, LLM orchestration — you're comfortable with all of it

The deal

• Equity stake in Asymmetry Partners + monthly retainer from day one
• Path to CTO as the company scales
• You build something real — not a feature, a company
