- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations by ensuring all Warehouse Supervisors execute their responsibilities effectively and achieve operational targets.
- Monitor the performance of Warehouse Supervisors, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Review and improve warehouse process flows, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, accuracy, space utilization, and overall operational efficiency.
- Analyze warehouse KPIs, operational reports, and productivity data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.
- Plan and optimize manpower allocation across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch operations through effective coordination with Warehouse Supervisors.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring inbound, outbound, stock movement, cycle counts, and inventory audits, while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Conduct regular operational audits and warehouse inspections to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with the Transport, Customer Service, Administration, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Review customer complaints, operational issues, and service failures, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Monitor warehouse equipment, storage systems, and facility conditions, ensuring preventive maintenance and repairs are carried out as scheduled.
- Train, develop, and mentor Warehouse Supervisors and operational staff to strengthen leadership capability, improve productivity, and build a high-performing warehouse team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or executive leadership role.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, WMS, and logistics processes.
Proven experience in leading multiple warehouse teams or supervisors and managing warehouse performance. 5) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, warehouse management systems (WMS), and operational reporting
